AGILE aims to develop a comprehensive framework and practical tools to understand, anticipate, and manage High Impact, Low Probability (HILP) events, with a systemic risk and resilience perspective.

The Tier 3 Stress Test focuses on validating an Agent-Based Model (ABM) with stakeholders. Validation activities aim to ensure that the model’s underlying logic aligns with stakeholders lived experience and professional knowledge, that design decisions accurately represent real-world conditions and requirements, and that the model appropriately addresses the problem domain.

Validation activities include an expert workshop to discuss key challenges and opportunities, critically examine the model’s assumptions and findings, exchange knowledge, and identify areas for the model’s refinement.​
